Be your partners in Quality; Be committed to service. To achieve these strategies we at Trident Systems & Engineering have a constantly changing set of services that we provide, from the time we pick up your test equipment to the time we deliver it back to you we follow our quality manual to provide the best quality service.
We send a driver to you to pick up any test equipment you have so that we can ensure a safe trip to our facility.
Input into our system
Once your test equipment is at our facility our staff will double check your equipment and compare it to any paperwork you provided to ensure that paperwork and equipment identifiers match and the equipment will be assigned a unique service order number. This unique service order number will also include any comments or concerns you included on your paperwork.
Service of Your Equipment
At our facility, we have split into 3 departments RF & Microwave, Electrical and Physical/Dimensional for each department we can calibrate a range of items such as, but not limited to:
Power Meter / Sensor
Meg Ohm Meter
Hi Pot Terter
Gage Block (Jo Block)
Scales and Balances
After the calibration, your equipment will be cleaned and tamper-evident seals will be attached.
Once your equipment has Passed, a certificate of calibration will be made. We offer 3 types of calibrations at Trident Systems & Engineering.
Every calibration at Trident Systems & Engineering is traceable to the SI
Once your equipment is finished with the service and certification the equipment will be scheduled for safe delivery by our staff.
As the year goes on your equipment will be calibrated and nothing will need to be done until the day the equipment’s re-calibration date has been reached, just before this you should receive a Recall Notice this is just us giving a reminder that your equipment will soon be to the agreed upon re-calibration date this just means that the certificate of calibration will no longer be valid should you opt to re-calibrate your equipment all that needs to be done is call or email for a pick up and we will schedule you for the earliest available pick up opportunity. This will start this list again and again your equipment will go through each of these steps.
We realize that many times your equipment cannot come to our facility and or that Some customers prefer an onsite calibration. To accommodate this Trident System & Engineering is set up to provide onsite calibrations. What this means is that we send out a technician, along with calibration standards, to your facility. Since this is done onsite we do require a list of equipment to be done beforehand to ensure that we bring the correct Standards and procedures, While at your facility we provide the same level of service to your equipment and provide the certificates after the technician has returned. Since we do not have a fee we do require a certain amount of equipment be done at one time, this is to ensure that you get the most out of the time while the technician is there.
