As the year goes on your equipment will be calibrated and nothing will need to be done until the day the equipment’s re-calibration date has been reached, just before this you should receive a Recall Notice this is just us giving a reminder that your equipment will soon be to the agreed upon re-calibration date this just means that the certificate of calibration will no longer be valid should you opt to re-calibrate your equipment all that needs to be done is call or email for a pick up and we will schedule you for the earliest available pick up opportunity. This will start this list again and again your equipment will go through each of these steps.
07
Onsite Calibrations
We realize that many times your equipment cannot come to our facility and or that Some customers prefer an onsite calibration. To accommodate this Trident System & Engineering is set up to provide onsite calibrations. What this means is that we send out a technician, along with calibration standards, to your facility. Since this is done onsite we do require a list of equipment to be done beforehand to ensure that we bring the correct Standards and procedures, While at your facility we provide the same level of service to your equipment and provide the certificates after the technician has returned. Since we do not have a fee we do require a certain amount of equipment be done at one time, this is to ensure that you get the most out of the time while the technician is there.
